Renewals Account Manager (Cyber)
Job Description
Job Title: Renewals Account Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 / £100,000 OTE
Location: Hybrid (London)
The Role:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly renewal retention and revenue targets
- Own the end-to-end renewals process for the entire customer base, implementing a 180-day renewal cycle
- Build and maintain a renewals calendar ensuring no contract reaches 30 days pre-expiry without being signed
- Identify and escalate at-risk renewals early, working cross-functionally to address issues before they become churn
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals, handling pricing discussions, contract terms, and procurement requirements
- Partner with CSMs to understand account health, but own the commercial conversation
independently - Implement systems and reporting to provide visibility on renewal pipeline, forecasting,
and risk
Accountabilities:
- Targeted on renewal retention rate and revenue retention
- Targeted on timely contract execution (renewals signed 30+ days before expiry)
- Reduction in at-risk renewals through early intervention and process adherence
