Magnus & Wolf are recruiting for a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer. 

We are working with a ServiceNow partner who are seeking a Solution Engineer to be a critical link between client
business challenges and transformative solutions. You will champion the Idea-to-Value
framework, working hands-on with customers to design, build, and implement ServiceNow
solutions that directly simplify and improve business processes, ultimately delivering high impact outcomes.
This is a dynamic role for a hands-on solution engineer who can design the ‘what’ and also drive
the ‘how.’

● ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

● £70,000

● Remote – Occasional Travel to London

The Role 

  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CRM and App Engine

  • Configure, develop, and customise ServiceNow (scripting, flows, integrations) to meet advanced business requirements

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices

  • Support pre-sales activities by delivering technical demos and building proofs of concept (POCs)

  • Uphold architectural standards, quality controls, and governance throughout delivery

  • Deliver simplified, high-quality user experiences

  • Travel to customer sites as required to run workshops and support implementation
