Business Development Executive (Managed Services)
Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to £45,000 / £90,000 OTE
Location: Hybrid (Newcastle)
The Role:
- New business role selling into IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, CTOs
- 8-12 week sales cycle
- Own the full consultative sales cycle from targeting and outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation and close
- Create net-new, well-qualified opportunities via insight-led outbound, events, referrals and partner activity
- Lead negotiations on scope, commercials, milestones and terms
The requirements:
- A New Business Hunter
- 2+ Years experience in full sales cycle role
- Background in cloud MSPs, MSSPs, hosting providers, Azure/AWS partner organisations, cybersecurity vendors selling MDR or SOC-as-a-service.
