Business Development Executive

Magnus & Wolf are working with a global IT solutions and services provider specialising in Hybrid Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure Solutions.
They are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive that will help to drive adoption, build pipeline, and convert strategic HPE GreenLake opportunities across the UK market. This is a senior, consultative sales role focused on driving HPE GreenLake revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work closely with IT leadership, Client Directors, Solution Architects, and HPE teams to identify, shape, and close complex opportunities.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Commission
Location: Hybrid (London)
Go-To-Market Execution
Execute HPE GreenLake go-to-market sales strategy across the UK
Identify target customers, verticals, and priority sales plays for GreenLake adoption
Act as a subject matter expert for HPE GreenLake within the sales organisation
Support sales enablement by coaching Client Directors on HPE GreenLake positioning
Sales & Pipeline Development
Build, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of HPE GreenLake opportunities
Lead complex, high-value sales engagements from qualification through to close
Shape commercial proposals aligned to consumption-based and as-a service models
Own and progress strategic opportunities alongside Client Directors Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop strong working relationships with HPE account teams, GreenLake Specialists, and Leadership within HPE
Customer Engagement
Engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and Finance stakeholders
