The Role:
- Drive and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling cyber security services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of cyber security solutions.
- Develop and execute account development strategies tailored to client needs.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and account activity to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, cyber threats, and emerging technologies.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a business development or account management role within IT consultancy or cyber security services.
- A strong understanding of the cyber security landscape, including key services and solutions.
- Skilled in relationship building, with a client-first approach to account development.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
