Magnus & Wolf are working with a Microsoft Solutions Partner to recruit for the role of Business Development Manager.

  • Uncapped bonus structure
  • Hybrid – London based
  • Full time and permanent

The Role:

  • Drive and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account growth.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling cyber security services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of cyber security solutions.
  • Develop and execute account development strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and account activity to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, cyber threats, and emerging technologies.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a business development or account management role within IT consultancy or cyber security services.
  • A strong understanding of the cyber security landscape, including key services and solutions.
  • Skilled in relationship building, with a client-first approach to account development.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
