Magnus & Wolf are working with a leading technology consultancy who are looking to recruit a European AI/Low-Code Sales Director. This is a full-time permanent position.
Salary:
£100,000 – £140,000 (uncapped bonus)
Location:
Remote – With travel to Europe
The Role:
- Lead sales efforts across Europe, driving adoption of AI and low-code technology solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team across the region, providing mentorship and leadership.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, ensuring the organisation stays ahead in the AI and low-code space.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market opportunities to senior leadership.
The Person:
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling AI or low-code technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the European technology landscape, with experience working across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-scale deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and managing successful sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
