Magnus & Wolf are working with an IT Consultancy who are seeking an SDR.
As an SDR you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities focused
on IBM Software, Infrastructure, and Hybrid Cloud solutions. You will work closely with Client Directors, Solution
Specialists, and IBM vendor team to build a high-quality, sales-ready pipeline.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Commission
Location: Hybrid (London)
The Role
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned to IBM solutions
- Execute outbound prospecting activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns) into target accounts
- Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria (budget, authority, need, timescale)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities
- Work closely with Client Directors to align SDR activity with account plans
- Collaborate with IBM teams on joint campaigns, events, and sales plays
- Accurately record activity, opportunity progression, and pipeline data within CRM systems
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of IBM propositions and competitive positioning
- Any other duties as needed or required by the business. Such other relevant duties may be assigned by the Manager in agreement with you.
