Magnus & Wolf are recruiting for a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer.
We are working with a ServiceNow partner who are seeking a Solution Engineer to be a critical link between client
business challenges and transformative solutions. You will champion the Idea-to-Value
framework, working hands-on with customers to design, build, and implement ServiceNow
solutions that directly simplify and improve business processes, ultimately delivering high impact outcomes.
This is a dynamic role for a hands-on solution engineer who can design the ‘what’ and also drive
the ‘how.’

The Role

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CRM and App Engine

Configure, develop, and customise ServiceNow (scripting, flows, integrations) to meet advanced business requirements

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices

Support pre-sales activities by delivering technical demos and building proofs of concept (POCs)

Uphold architectural standards, quality controls, and governance throughout delivery

Deliver simplified, high-quality user experiences

Travel to customer sites as required to run workshops and support implementation
